What we receive
The details you enter in the RFQ form or send by email: your name, unit or organisation, contact details, the item description and any photographs or documents you attach.
How it is used
Your information is used only to identify the requested item, prepare a written offer and correspond with you about the enquiry and any resulting order.
How it is sent
The enquiry form delivers your submission to getexi@gmail.com by email. If your documents require special handling, agree the arrangement with the desk before sending them.
Retention
Enquiries and demand lists may be kept on file so that repeat orders can be quoted from history. Ask the desk if you want an enquiry removed.
